This notice explains important qualifications about the SavageWilds website, game servers, community features and digital products. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy & Cookies Policy, Server Rules and Refund Policy.
SavageWilds is operated by INTEVERO GROUP LTD, company number 16392565, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
Independent Minecraft community
SavageWilds is an independent Minecraft community. It is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by, sponsored by or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft or their subsidiaries.
Minecraft and related names, logos, game assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to them are used only to identify the game and compatibility of the service.
Information and availability
We aim to keep information on the website accurate and the service available, but descriptions, guides, server status, player counts, supported versions, schedules and other operational information may occasionally be incomplete, delayed or out of date.
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, hosting or network failures, security work, third-party outages or events outside our reasonable control. No statement on the website guarantees uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Game changes and virtual content
SavageWilds is an evolving game service. Worlds, mechanics, balance, commands, rewards, economies, supported client versions and individual features may change to protect security, fairness and long-term playability.
Ranks, keys, virtual currency and in-game items are digital entitlements for use only within SavageWilds. They have no cash value and do not represent money, property stored for investment or a promise that a particular server feature will remain unchanged forever.
Purchases and promotional material
Product pages and promotional images are intended to explain the principal digital benefit. Cosmetic presentation, examples and screenshots may differ from the live game after ordinary updates, provided the essential product supplied remains identifiable.
Prices, availability, duration, quantity and delivery requirements shown at checkout apply to the order. The Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy explain purchase rights, digital delivery and remedies.
Third-party services and links
The website or service may refer or link to payment providers, hosting services, Minecraft account services, social platforms, community tools or other third parties. Those services are operated under their own terms, privacy notices and availability commitments.
A link, integration or reference does not by itself mean that SavageWilds endorses every statement, product or practice of the third party. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.
Community and user content
Chat, builds, usernames, skins, marketplace listings and other player-created material represent the users who provide them and do not necessarily reflect the views of SavageWilds or its operator.
We may moderate or remove content under the Server Rules, but cannot guarantee that all user content will be reviewed before it appears. Report unlawful, unsafe or rule-breaking content through the available support channel.
No professional advice
Website guides, community posts and support messages are provided for operating and enjoying the service. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional where a decision depends on your individual circumstances.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Any limitations concerning foreseeable loss, incompatible equipment, third-party failures, user conduct and business use are set out in the Terms & Conditions and apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Commercial relationships and updates
If SavageWilds publishes paid, sponsored or affiliate content, the commercial relationship will be identified clearly where required. Unless expressly stated, ordinary references and external links are not paid endorsements.
