About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to the SavageWilds website, game servers, accounts, store, community features and any related digital services. The service is operated by INTEVERO GROUP LTD, company number 16392565, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

By creating an account, joining a SavageWilds server, using the store or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and the documents linked from them, including the Server Rules, Privacy & Cookies Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service or place an order. Contact support@savagewilds.net before purchasing if anything is unclear.

Eligibility and guardians

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or making a purchase.

A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use SavageWilds is responsible for supervising that use and for purchases authorised through the account or payment method they control.

Accounts and security

Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your SavageWilds login, email account, Minecraft account and any device used to access the service.

Do not share credentials or allow another person to impersonate you. Tell us promptly via support@savagewilds.net if you believe an account or order has been accessed without permission.

We may ask for reasonable evidence of ownership before changing sensitive account details, discussing an order or restoring access.

The service and availability

SavageWilds is an evolving online service. Game balance, worlds, features, commands, supported client versions and technical requirements may change as the service develops.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, game updates and events outside our reasonable control may cause downtime or data restoration.

We will try to give reasonable notice of material planned changes where practical.

Orders and formation of contract

Store listings are invitations to place an order. An order is accepted when we confirm it and create the corresponding digital entitlement or delivery instruction. We may reject or cancel an order before delivery if payment is not authorised, pricing is clearly erroneous, fraud is suspected or delivery is technically impossible.

Review the product, quantity, currency, Minecraft nickname and email address before payment. The nickname entered at checkout determines where the product is delivered.

Keep the order reference shown at checkout. It helps support locate payment and delivery records.

Prices, currency and taxes

The checkout displays the price and currency before payment. Currency conversions shown on the website are convenience estimates and the payment provider or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Prices may change prospectively. A later price change does not alter an order already accepted. Applicable taxes will be included or identified at checkout where required.

If a displayed price is obviously incorrect, we may cancel the affected order and return the amount paid instead of delivering at the erroneous price.

Immediate digital delivery

Store products are digital content or digital services intended for delivery soon after payment. At checkout we ask you to request immediate supply and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you may lose any statutory right to cancel that depends on delivery not having started.

Your consent and acknowledgement are recorded with the order. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights where digital content is faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Delivery and technical requirements

Delivery may be automatic or queued. Some products can be applied while the player is offline; others require the exact Minecraft nickname to be online on the relevant server.

You are responsible for using a supported Minecraft edition and version and for entering a valid nickname. If delivery is delayed, remain available on the target server and contact support with the order ID if the item does not arrive within a reasonable time.

We may use equivalent technical commands or delivery methods to provide the product described without changing its essential benefit.

Ranks, items and virtual currency

The product page describes the duration, quantity, game mode and principal benefits of each product. Time-limited ranks expire at the end of their stated period unless renewed.

Virtual currency, ranks, crate keys and in-game items are licensed for use only within SavageWilds. They have no cash value, are not a bank balance and cannot be redeemed for money.

Products may not be resold, transferred or traded for real-world value unless SavageWilds expressly enables that function.

Server rules and moderation

You must follow the Server Rules and reasonable moderator instructions. Cheats, exploits, harassment, fraud, disruption and attempts to bypass account or payment controls are prohibited.

Moderation decisions may include warnings, content removal, reversal of illegitimate gains, mutes, temporary restrictions or permanent bans. Serious misconduct may affect access to digital entitlements where continued delivery would undermine security or fair play.

Intellectual property

The SavageWilds name, original artwork, website design, text, server configuration and custom materials belong to the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use them only as needed to access the service.

Minecraft, Mojang Studios and Microsoft names and assets belong to their respective owners. SavageWilds is independent and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, sell or commercially exploit SavageWilds materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Payments, fraud and chargebacks

Payments are processed by a third-party checkout provider. SavageWilds does not store complete card numbers. The provider and card issuer may perform authentication, fraud screening and regulatory checks.

Do not use a payment method without permission. We may suspend fulfilment while investigating suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, unauthorised payments or abusive refund activity.

Please contact support@savagewilds.net before opening a chargeback so we can inspect payment and delivery records. This request does not prevent you from exercising rights with your card issuer.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using SavageWilds at any time. You can ask support to close an account, subject to retention of transaction or security records required for legal and operational purposes.

We may restrict or terminate access where these terms or the Server Rules are materially breached, where required by law, to protect users or systems, or where the service is discontinued.

Clauses concerning payments, intellectual property, liability, records and dispute resolution continue to apply where their nature requires it.

Refunds and statutory rights

The Refund Policy explains how we review failed delivery, duplicate payments, incorrect products and other purchase problems. Contact us promptly and provide the order ID, payment email and Minecraft nickname.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the service is faulty or materially different from its description, the remedies available under applicable law remain available.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, for losses caused by your breach or incompatible equipment, or for business losses arising from consumer use.

Back up information you control and protect account credentials. Online game progress may occasionally need to be restored after corruption, exploitation or infrastructure failure.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements or security needs. The review date is displayed on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where appropriate, be communicated through the website or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in another applicable jurisdiction remain unaffected.
