128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NXWho controls your information
INTEVERO GROUP LTD is the controller of personal information processed for the SavageWilds website, accounts, store and game services. The company details and registered office appear at the top and bottom of this page.
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@savagewilds.net.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers information collected through the SavageWilds website, game servers, account and store functions, payment and delivery records, and direct support communications.
Third-party services such as payment providers, hosting platforms, Minecraft account services or linked community platforms publish their own privacy information and may act as separate controllers for their processing.
Information we collect
Account information may include username, email address, password hash, avatar path, verification status and account dates. We do not store your plaintext password.
Game and technical information may include Minecraft nickname, server activity, moderation history, IP address, device or browser details, request logs, security events and delivery results.
Transaction information may include order ID, products, quantity, amount, currency, payment status, payment-provider identifiers, consent timestamps and the nickname used for delivery. Complete card numbers are not stored by SavageWilds.
How information is collected
You provide information when registering, signing in, entering checkout details, changing account settings or contacting support.
The website and game infrastructure generate logs when you connect, request a page, attempt to sign in, use a feature or receive a digital product.
Payment and infrastructure providers may return status, anti-fraud or delivery information needed to complete an order and protect the service.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process account, order and delivery information to perform the contract with you and provide the requested service.
We process security, moderation, diagnostic and limited service analytics information for legitimate interests in operating a safe, reliable and fair game service, balanced against user rights.
We process records where necessary to comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, and prevent fraud. Where consent is legally required, such as for certain non-essential cookies or communications, we rely on consent and allow it to be withdrawn.
Payments and checkout
Checkout information is sent to the configured payment provider so it can authorise the transaction, apply authentication, screen for fraud and report payment status.
The provider may receive the order reference, amount, currency, contact details and technical information. Its own privacy notice explains how it handles card and identity data.
SavageWilds stores only the payment references and status information reasonably needed to reconcile the order, answer disputes and deliver the product.
Game logs, safety and moderation
Connection, command, chat, economy, anti-cheat and moderation records may be processed to operate the servers, investigate reports, enforce rules, recover from abuse and protect users.
Access to sensitive logs is limited to authorised personnel with an operational need. Records may be preserved longer where a security incident, dispute or legal claim is under investigation.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses essential session cookies to keep accounts signed in, protect forms and maintain security. Disabling these cookies may prevent account and checkout features from working.
Local browser storage is used for the shopping cart, selected currency and interface preferences. This information remains on your device until it expires or you clear it.
SavageWilds does not currently use non-essential advertising cookies. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, the notice and consent controls will be updated where required.
Who receives information
Information may be shared with hosting, infrastructure, database, email, fraud-prevention, payment and professional service providers only to the extent needed for their role.
We may disclose information to authorities, courts, regulators, advisers or counterparties where required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or connected with a legitimate corporate transaction.
We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data-protection law requires safeguards, we use an approved transfer mechanism or rely on another lawful basis for the transfer.
You may contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected. Account records are normally kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards to handle restoration, disputes and security.
Order, tax and payment reconciliation records may be kept for up to six years or longer where law or an active claim requires it. Routine technical logs are generally kept for shorter periods unless needed for an investigation.
When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised or isolated from ordinary use.
Security
We use access controls, password hashing, session protection, transport security and operational monitoring appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Use a unique password, protect your email and Minecraft accounts, and report suspected compromise promptly. We may notify affected users and regulators where a personal-data breach creates a legal notification duty.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; restrict or object to processing; receive certain information in a portable format; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Rights are not absolute. We may retain information where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, freedom of expression or legal claims. We may ask for identity verification before acting on a request.
Send requests to support@savagewilds.net. We aim to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children
SavageWilds is not intended to collect unnecessary information from children. Users under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before creating an account or purchasing.
A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information without appropriate permission should contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
Complaints and updates
Please contact us first so we can investigate a privacy concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner or another competent supervisory authority.
This notice may be updated when processing, providers or legal requirements change. The latest review date is displayed on this page, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
