Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for joining, purchases, accounts and server delivery.
Company no. 16392565 · Registered in England and Wales
128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NXHow do I join?
Launch Minecraft Java Edition, open Multiplayer, add the address shown on the Home page and connect with a supported version.
The Home page shows the current connection status and supported version. Selecting the server address copies it to your clipboard.
Which edition and version do I need?
SavageWilds is designed for Minecraft Java Edition. Use the version displayed beside the server status because compatibility may change after game or server updates.
Bedrock Edition access is not promised unless the website specifically announces compatible cross-play.
Do I need a website account?
You can read the guide and browse the store without signing in. An account is required for checkout so orders, delivery and support history can be linked securely.
Use an email address you control and keep it available for order and account support.
Where are my purchases?
Paid products enter a delivery queue. Products that require the player to be online remain queued until your nickname is visible on the target server.
Check that you joined the correct game mode using the exact nickname entered at checkout. If delivery still does not complete, contact support with the order ID.
How fast is delivery?
After payment is confirmed, your order enters the delivery queue. Join the relevant game mode with the exact nickname from checkout; ranks, coins and items may remain queued until you are online.
Payment review, maintenance or provider delays can extend delivery time. If your order does not arrive, contact support with the order ID before buying it again.
What if I entered the wrong nickname?
Contact support@savagewilds.net immediately with the order ID and correct nickname. If delivery has not started and ownership can be verified, support may be able to update the target.
Delivered or consumed items cannot always be transferred, so checking the nickname before payment is important.
How long do ranks last?
Rank offers last 30, 90 or 180 days, or have Lifetime access. Lifetime has no preset expiry and lasts while the relevant server service operates, subject to the Terms and Server Rules.
Each offer is a one-time purchase. Extra time requires a separate purchase; there are no automatic renewal charges. Rank perks may change for game balance.
Which payment cards are supported?
The checkout supports card payments including Visa and Mastercard when the configured payment service is available.
Your bank may require additional authentication or may apply currency-conversion fees. SavageWilds does not store complete card numbers.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support for duplicate payment, failed delivery, an incorrect item caused by our error, or a product that is materially different from its description.
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days after payment confirmation for unused paid products and the unused portion of virtual currency purchased with money. These 30 days are the period for submitting your request, not the time required to process or receive the refund. Read Section 14 of the Terms & Conditions for the full refund conditions.
How do I protect my account?
Use a unique password, protect the linked email account, avoid unofficial launchers or links, and never share verification codes.
Staff will not ask for your password, full card number or card security code.
How do I report a player or bug?
Provide the relevant nickname, time, server or game mode, description and any screenshots or clips. Report serious exploits privately instead of demonstrating them in public chat.
Do not edit evidence in a misleading way or organise false reports.
How do I contact support?
Email support@savagewilds.net and include your Minecraft nickname. For purchase questions, also include the order ID and payment email.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers or card security codes.
Is SavageWilds affiliated with Mojang?
No. SavageWilds is an independent Minecraft server and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Minecraft names, trademarks and game assets remain the property of their respective owners.
